  • We will tailor your plan to accomadate all the resources you have access to. None are required, but some can certainly be helpful. A few recommended ones are - weight room access, cage access, a partner/parent to help you with training.

  • After the 90 days you should have a good idea of what serious baseball training looks like. I’ll help you with a game plan moving forward, and you will have lifetime access to all resources on my page. It’s your choice to continue for another 90 days if you would like to continue.

  • This training will be applicable for softball, baseball, or even banana ball. I’ll be using all my own personal training and knowledge to craft your plan. The ultimate goal is to maximize your performance, whatever the sport may be.

  • This training is designed to help all ages. Your unique plan will be designed around your specific experience and age. Eric has worked with players from the MLB to tee ball and feels confident in his ability to educate all groups. If you seeking training for a child 12 or under, please reach out for a discount.

  • This is completely customizable to your liking. If you only have an hour a day, we can make a plan to suit your needs. Like with most things, the more you put in, the more you get out. Optimal training will make time daily to address all areas of desired growth

  • Eric is not a doctor and will not provide medical advice. With that said, baseball players tend to see common ailments due to overuse patterns in the sport. Our training will be tailored to counteract those and help you return to feeling your best. Training can often help mitigate an injury, but also has the potential to aggravate an existing injury. Ultimately, you must build a relationship with your own body to keep it healthy and strong.
